As founding designer and Director of User Experience, introduced design discipline to the organization and managed all design, user experience and web development resources.

Before Bitcoin and AI, Selene learned how digital worlds move people: early in her life, she ranked #16 worldwide in World of Warcraft, where she saw two truths up close—virtual goods create real value, and great systems are powered by invisible motivation. You don’t build a world by adding buttons; you build it by understanding why someone cares enough to click.
Recognized as a pioneer in Bitcoin UX, Selene helped make early crypto tools feel safe and legible. As Director of UX at Blockstream, and through her venture work, she shaped wallet and platform patterns that many teams across the ecosystem adopted—turning protocol complexity into everyday decisions people can trust.
As AI accelerated, she deepened her ML foundations at MIT and shifted focus to the next frontier: human–AI collaboration. Today, as a founder, she applies the same blueprint—clear incentives, humane defaults, strong rails—to engineering-led products that move from lab demo to daily use.
Beyond product, Selene is a photographer and emerging filmmaker. Studying framing, rhythm, and sequence keeps her work grounded in attention—one clear shot, one clean cut, a story users can follow.
